HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?
You have the option to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt without giving any reason and return it to our warehouse.
Please note that Mosquets does not cover return shipping costs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
The refund for your return will be initiated as soon as we have received and processed the package.
Please note that the processing time can take up to 21 days . The time when the money arrives in your account depends on your bank and of course your payment method and can also take up to 3 days.
We thank you for your patience and will endeavor to process the return as quickly as possible.
ARE THERE WASHING OR CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
You can follow the following basic rules:
- Always wash and iron your clothes inside out
- Use the 30 degree easy-care program with low spin speed
- Prefer a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener
- Air dry your clothes and do not put them in the dryer
- Do not hang your clothes up wrinkled when they are wet, but straighten them first
- Wash your clothes with similar colors
- Do not hang knitwear on a hanger, but fold it
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN POLICY VALID?
We are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. Therefore, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14-day return policy on all items purchased from us.
Our 14-day return policy gives you the opportunity to check the item in the comfort of your own home and decide whether it meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. In any case, your return must be registered in advance via our returns portal.

How can I track my package?
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email or SMS. In this email/SMS you will find all the information you need to track your package.
My order is incomplete. What should I do?
We would like to apologize for the incomplete delivery. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package. You will then receive all further information from our support team.
How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, cancellation or changes to orders are not possible as they are sent directly to our warehouse. We want to keep our promise of fast delivery and therefore, for technical reasons, cannot cancel an order after it has been received. If you do not like your selection, you are welcome to return it at your own expense and reorder the items you want.
