Article 1.
Scope
1. The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs) apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services agreed between the customer and Three Mosquets.
2. By placing an order, the customer accepts the T&Cs.
3. The customer's own General Terms and Conditions are not recognized unless the customer has a different written statement from Three Mosquets.
Article 2.
Prices and costs
1. The purchase price is the price that is valid at the time the order is placed in the online shop. The prices of the items are stated including sales tax.
2. The prices stated in the online shop are exclusive of shipping and handling costs.
3. If printing, typesetting or programming errors occur on the Three Mosquets website, the company is not bound by the conditions stated in its offer.
Article 3.
Processing orders
1. Three Mosquets processes orders for items with the greatest possible care.
2. The items are delivered to the address that the customer has given to Three Mosquets.
3. Three Mosquets ships accepted orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received.
4. The delivery time stated in the online shop is only an approximate indication. If the delivery takes longer, this does not give rise to any claims for damages.
Article 4.
Complaints and right of return
1. Any other queries, comments or complaints regarding an order, payment or delivery must be sent in writing to the following email address: info@mosquets.shop
2. The right of return does not apply to all leather goods. This includes backpacks, bags and shoes. If the goods are delivered damaged, the customer has the right to exchange the item.

Payment
1. The customer can pay via Paypal or the option we have communicated to him.
Article 6.
Data protection
1. By placing an order, the customer grants Three Mosquets the right to use his personal data. This data is only stored to the extent necessary for the purpose (marketing purposes and customer care).
2. Personal data provided by the customer will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes without the customer's express prior consent. The customer has the right to view and change this data at any time.
Article 7.
Minimum order value/shipping
1. The minimum order value is EUR 34.90.
2. The shipping costs are EUR 5.90 depending on the order.
3. We ship approximately 2-4 days after the order date. However, this may vary in exceptional cases.
